 SDP PARLEYS MEDIA AHEAD OF 2027 GENERAL ELECTIONS  The Social Democratic Party, SDP has disassociated itself from those calling for the rescheduling of the 2027 general elections due to the confirmed case of Ebola in Nigeria. A statement by the Presidential candidate of the Party, Prince Adewole Adebayo indicates that just one case of the disease recorded is not enough to cancel or reschedule the election that is already at hand, as the situation is not yet a pandemic. He explains that the country has the ability to take care of the situation. The statement further encourages the media to be as independent and unbiased as possible in reporting the forthcoming general election. It emphasises the media's role in sustaining democratic governance in the country. The SDP Presidential candidate encourages media practitioners to get acquainted with the party's manifesto and enlighten the public adequately, enabling them to actively engage the party during campaigns.

REUTERS/Philimon Bulawayo          Robert Mugabe,Zimbabwe's president yesterday friday branded his information minister a ''Devil Incarnate'',accusing him of appointing editors of state owned newspapers who were sympathetic to the opposition.Zimbabwe's private media say an intense battle to succeed the 90 year old Mugabe has sucked in the state owned press.Mugabe said Jonathan Moyo,appointed information minister last year was using the government controlled newspaper to sow divisions.''I am saying this in light of what is happening now,when you have our minister of information wanting to pit people one against another,you don't do things like that''.On friday,Mugabe told mourners at a funeral of a senior ZANU-PF official that Moyo,a proffessor of political science,was trying to use his knowledge and intellectual ideas to destroy ZANU-PF by appointing editors sympathetic to the opposition Movement for Democratic Change {MDC}''I am saying this because all the men that we had,who wereleading the newspapers,were fired and replaced by those from the MDC.You were all thinking you had a trusted person,he is infact ''A Devil Incarnate''.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
