 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.              There was an intelligent report that revealed that some insurgents had infitrated Utako market,disguising as petty traders,wheel barrow pushers,butchers and cab drivers awaiting instructions on when to bomb the market.Sources claimed the Boko Haram group may target Utako market,Area 1 shopping centre,Dei Dei market,Farmers market,Maitama and Area 3 spare parts market located behind the old Secretariat in Abuja.Just because of these new development,the task force incharge of security in Abuja was considering shutting down the above listed market and malls.
