 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. A BOMB TARGETED TO KILL AN IMAM,KILLED 15 PEOPLE INSTEAD IN THE NORTH.

              According to sources in Kaduna ''A bomb tossed off the back of a motorcycle at a Nigerian Muslim cleric killed at least 15 people on a busy commercial road in the north,today wednesday.The blast scattered debris and dead bodies on the Alkali road in the city center,but missed Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi,who was conducting muslim prayers in Murtala Muhammed square.There was no immediate claim of responsibility,but Islamist militant group Boko Haram,is suspected to be behind the bombing.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
