A video showing one Miss Opemiposi Precious BOLAJI, an 18 year old 100L Mass Communication student beating her colleague identified as Miss Gloria AJAYI, a 100L Mass Communication student, in a private hostel outside the University campus has gone viral. In accordance with our institution's policies and extant regulations, the students who were captured in the viral video, appeared  before the Students' Disciplinary Committee at its emergency meeting held on Monday, May 6, 2024 for interrogations and appropriate recommendations, the report of which has been submitted to the University authorities. ALSHABAAB MILITANTS KILLS SOMALI LAWMAKER TODAY.

              According to a legislator,a Somalia Lawmaker and his bodyguards were killed in Mogadishu today thursday when Al shabaab gunmen blocked their car and sprayed it with bullet.Alshabaab threatened to step attacks during the Ramadan fasting  month which began on sunday.Lawmaker Dahir Amin Jesow said ''Our colleague legislator Mohamed Mohamud Hayd and his body guard died another lawmaker and a secretary for the parliament were also injured in exchange of fire''.The al Qaeda affiliated islamist militants were pushed out of the Somali capital by African peacekeeping forces in 2011 but it has since waged a bombing campaign to try to over throw the government and impose it's strict version of sharia law.Is really sounding like what is going on in Nigeria.

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
