 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. ALSHABAAB MILITANTS KILLS SOMALI LAWMAKER TODAY.

              According to a legislator,a Somalia Lawmaker and his bodyguards were killed in Mogadishu today thursday when Al shabaab gunmen blocked their car and sprayed it with bullet.Alshabaab threatened to step attacks during the Ramadan fasting  month which began on sunday.Lawmaker Dahir Amin Jesow said ''Our colleague legislator Mohamed Mohamud Hayd and his body guard died another lawmaker and a secretary for the parliament were also injured in exchange of fire''.The al Qaeda affiliated islamist militants were pushed out of the Somali capital by African peacekeeping forces in 2011 but it has since waged a bombing campaign to try to over throw the government and impose it's strict version of sharia law.Is really sounding like what is going on in Nigeria.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
