 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Arms and ammunition dug out by troops                                                         According to a statement posted on the Defense Headquarters website it reads ''The mopping up operations in Balmo forest is yielding more discoveries of arms stock pilled in underground cells in the forest.Troops who have been excavating various sites in the forest in search of hidden weapons,have so far recovered over 10 rifles along with parts and accessories as well as more than 80 General purpose machine guns,tubes of Rocket Propelled Grenades and launches cables,wires and thousands of rounds of assorted ammunition.Also recovered in the search are uniforms of security agencies including protective clothing.Mean while,suspects captured in the forest have been taken into custoday and are volunteering information linking the activities in the forest with other terrorist activities in the country''.More photos below.                                  Food items found at the siteImprovised Explosive Device (IEDs) making materials found at the siteMore weapons recoveredSome of the recovered security forces uniforms and gas masksSome of uniforms and footwears recoveredTroops excavating suspected site of hidden weapons

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
