 The vest did the job - Donald Trump confirms agent injured in D.C. shooting scare Donald Trump has confirmed that a Secret Service agent was injured during a shooting scare at a major press event in Washington, D.C. Speaking after the incident, Trump said the officer was hit at close range but avoided serious harm thanks to protective gear.  “One officer was shot but saved by the fact that he was wearing a very good bulletproof vest,” he said, adding that the agent is now recovering and in good spirits. The situation unfolded during the White House Correspondents' Dinner, where attendees were settling in for the evening when gunfire was heard. Witnesses described a sudden shift from calm to panic, with people quickly moving for cover under tables as security responded. REUTERS/Misha Hussain            According to World Health Organization {WHO},say on friday that Ebola continues to spread in Sierra Leone,Liberia and a lesser extent in Guinea,with a combined 44 new cases and 21 deaths between July 6-8.This brought the total in West Africa's outbreak of deadly viral disease to 888 cases including 539 deaths since February 2014.My concern is our Nigeria borders,i hope the Quarantine department in the Nigeria Immigration is taking note of these outbreak in Nigeria.They should use their tongues to count their teeth if they are pretending as if they have not received the information about the  outbreak of Ebola in Africa.
