 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. SENATOR IKE EKWEREMADU,DID NOT SPONSOR OUR CAMPAIGN-DR IFEASINACHI.

                                            According to sources,the president of Enugu USA has cried out that the SINACHI 4 PRESIDENT campaign team is quite capable of sponsoring the last campaign.After receiving news,alleging that His Excellency,Deputy Senate President of Nigeria,Barrister Ike Ekweremadu,sponsored the recent campaign for Enugu USA Presidency of her Excellency Dr.Ifesinachi Ugwuoye.The Letter which was purportedly written by one Mr Levi N.Onyia does not possess either the ability or capability to craft such language as used in the write up.We therefore,wonder who used Levi Onyia's email address to post such falsehood she said.We want to state in CLEAR TERMS,that the Deputy Senate President,Barrister Ike Ekweremadu was not in any shape or form involved in the SINACHI 4 PRESIDENT campaign.The campaign team had no contact of any nature with the Deputy Senate President or any other basis.In fact,there is no involvement whatsoever,of anyone from the Nigerian Government ,be it Federal or state,with the SINACHI 4 PRESIDENT campaign team.The team is made up of high level professionals  in different fields of operation,and includes all races and ethnic groups.Over 80% of the members are non Nigerians,but are people who believe in the same cause,of ensuring that Non-Profit/Charitable Organizations such as Enugu USA,are run the right way,without governmental interference or influence.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
