 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A HOMOSEXUAL,STABS HIS FACEBOOK SEX PARTNER TO DEATH IN LAGOS.

                 A homosexual allegedly murdered his sex partner he met on facebook in a hotel room in Lagos.24 year old Michael Okorocha and the manager of the hotel situated at Oke Afa area of Lagos,was arrested over the murder of the 20 year old Okere Chinedu John.Michael Okorocha,allegedlly used a jack knife and sliced John's throat in the hotel room and he bled to death.Okorocha who resides at Mafon area of Ogun state,allegedly lured John who resides in Lekki Ajah area to the hotel to have sex with him.While they were inside the room,John resisted Okoracha's attempt to have sex with him and in anger Okorocha used a knife and sliced John's throat.After the incident,Okorocha reportedly lied to the hotel staff on duty that he wanted to buy something outside the hotel and he escaped.The police have charged Okorocha before Ebute Metta magistrate court with murder.

    Too late for blames, but why did the deceased go to the hotel,if he had no intention of consummation ?puzzled.
