NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 33 year Joanne Callen,a cousin to Kate Middleton's mother expressed her sadness to the press and accused Prince William's mother inlaw Carole Middleton 59,who is her godmother of being snobbish,ignores her extended family and behaves as if she is grander than the Queen.Joanne Callen's speech angered Kate's uncle Gary Goldsmith who openly defended Carole Middleton by saying ''I love my family very much and i have to question Joanne's motivation for doing this piece''.Joanne Callen claimed that Gary Goldsmith,has been dropped by the Middleton family but Gary Goldsmith said is not true.Joanne claimed Kate's mother used Gary Goldsmith as an excuse for shunning relatives by refusing to be seen with Uncle Gary at social occasions after his cocaine scandal.She further claimed that Kate's mother don't reply to invitations and doesn't reply to invitations and doesn't turn up at any family events.''The real reason is that she is above us now.We're not in her social circle.It's as if we are not good enough now and she's embarrassed by us.She is now even grander than the Queen''.More photos below.
