 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Poking fun: Burt Jenner, the oldest brother of Brody and Brandon took a stab at stepsister Kim Kardashian on Sunday with a T-shirt made up of her infamous cry faces           Anybody that have been watching their reality show ''Keeping up with the Kardashian'',knows Kim her step Jenner brothers are not so close like that for these T-shirt to be seen as a joke.Burt Jenner posted a picture on instagram of Kim crying all over the T-shirt,not even one of the pictures showed her being happy,all was about her sadness on the KUWTK reality show.He captioned the picture ''My new favourite shirt''.I am sure Kim will feel as if she has been stabbed in the back.Burt Jenner is only looking for trouble.What do you think?More photos below.                                                                                              The less famous Jenner: Though Burt (left) is close with dad Bruce (centre) and brothers Brandon (right) and Brody (not pictured), he tends to stay out of the limelight - having very little involvement with the Kardashian side of the familyCrafty: Khloe Kardashian cheekily shared this image back in November on her Instagram poking fun at sister Kim's unfortunate crying faceUnfortunate: Kim, 33, has come to accept that her sister make fun of her when she gets emotional
