 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.             This is really serious,do you believe Ebola is of the devil? because according to T.B Joshua's church members,they claimed their pastor who is the head of Synagogue church of All Nation,that the virus Eola currently ravaging West Africa is from the pit of hell.T.B Joshua said ''The so called strange ailment coming from three nations,Guinea,Sierra Leone,and Liberia........satan is the manufacturer''.T.B Joshua also declared that God had spoken to him to pray for the nations affected by Ebola as its reign of fear was close to closure.''People are no longer their brothers keepers because of this strange disease.Once sata takes love out of people,he has taken life.Satan is not happy that we are one,he is against oneness.He knows when we are not one,we can be defeated.The weapon satan is afraid of is love''.Well,i am a Catholic,so we believe to pray for all sinners now and the hour of death.Scientist might see it differently like wise other religion.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm,what do you think?
