World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. According to sources,Christian Association of Nigerian President Ayo Oritsejafor has been linked to the arms smuggling jet caught by South African authorities on monday 15 September.The investigation is still going on,on how he was fully linked to the arm smuggling.It was confirmed by Adrian Lackay,a spokesperson for the South African Revenue Service {SARS} that customs officers became suspicious when passengers who landed with a private jet piloted by Captain Tunde Ojongbede,Luggages was unloaded and put through the scanners just after 7p.mThe South African officers then investigated and found three suit cases full of cash.The passengers told the officials they were acting on behalf of the Nigerian intelligence service.They provided documentation confirming they had come to South Africa to buy weapons.The two Nigerians were not alone,they were in the company of an Israeli citizen.
