 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. IS C.A.N PRESIDENT AYO ORITSEJAFOR,LINKED TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN ARM SMUGGLING?

             According to sources,Christian Association of Nigerian President Ayo Oritsejafor has been linked to the arms smuggling jet caught by South African authorities on monday 15 September.The investigation is still going on,on how he was fully linked to the arm smuggling.It was confirmed by Adrian Lackay,a spokesperson for the South African Revenue Service {SARS} that customs officers became suspicious when passengers who landed with a private jet piloted by Captain Tunde Ojongbede,Luggages was unloaded and put through the scanners just after 7p.mThe South African officers then investigated and found three suit cases full of cash.The passengers told the officials they were acting on behalf of the Nigerian intelligence service.They provided documentation confirming they had come to South Africa to buy weapons.The two Nigerians were not alone,they were in the company of an Israeli citizen.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
