  Former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, and ex-Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal met with former President Muhammadu Buhari at his residence in Kaduna State on Friday. The visit was revealed by Imran Wakili, a supporter of El-Rufai, in a post on X, where he highlighted El-Rufai’s continued respect for Buhari. The meeting coincided with reports of Atiku, El-Rufai, and Tambuwal engaging opposition leaders in Kaduna State as part of a broader political strategy. IS C.A.N PRESIDENT AYO ORITSEJAFOR,LINKED TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN ARM SMUGGLING?

             According to sources,Christian Association of Nigerian President Ayo Oritsejafor has been linked to the arms smuggling jet caught by South African authorities on monday 15 September.The investigation is still going on,on how he was fully linked to the arm smuggling.It was confirmed by Adrian Lackay,a spokesperson for the South African Revenue Service {SARS} that customs officers became suspicious when passengers who landed with a private jet piloted by Captain Tunde Ojongbede,Luggages was unloaded and put through the scanners just after 7p.mThe South African officers then investigated and found three suit cases full of cash.The passengers told the officials they were acting on behalf of the Nigerian intelligence service.They provided documentation confirming they had come to South Africa to buy weapons.The two Nigerians were not alone,they were in the company of an Israeli citizen.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
