 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. O.A.U,FEMALE STUDENT SUSPECTED TO BE INFECTED WITH EBOLA,TEST NEGATIVE TO THE VIRUS.

                The Obafemi Awolowo University female student,whom her fellow classmate suspected to have been infected with Ebola virus,tested negative to the virus for the second time.She was a secondary contact to an Ebola victim.She was moved to Lagos from her school for further test after she submitted herself for the first test.The second test was confirmed today thursday to be negative,by the PRO of OAU,Mr Abiodun Olanrewaju.The PRO said that the result of the third test would be out today and doctors from the school were optimistic that it would be negative,since the first two test is negative.Sources claimed that Governor Rauf Aregbesola was very happy on hearing that the second test was negative.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
