 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. O.A.U,FEMALE STUDENT SUSPECTED TO BE INFECTED WITH EBOLA,TEST NEGATIVE TO THE VIRUS.

                The Obafemi Awolowo University female student,whom her fellow classmate suspected to have been infected with Ebola virus,tested negative to the virus for the second time.She was a secondary contact to an Ebola victim.She was moved to Lagos from her school for further test after she submitted herself for the first test.The second test was confirmed today thursday to be negative,by the PRO of OAU,Mr Abiodun Olanrewaju.The PRO said that the result of the third test would be out today and doctors from the school were optimistic that it would be negative,since the first two test is negative.Sources claimed that Governor Rauf Aregbesola was very happy on hearing that the second test was negative.
