 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event.                   Ambassador Charity Awards 2014 held today 27 September 2014 at Oriental hotels Lekki,is an avenue for you to understand that some people don't want money but love and care in the society.We complain all day about what we don't have but i met alot of people who wished to me,even for just five minutes that's when i understood i have been ungrateful to God for asking for more.Alot of celebrities came out to celebrate and even drop gift items for the need like Nikki Laoye,Pink Republic,Koffi,M.C SMS,Uche Okoabah etc.The only problem i am having is that am still seeing alot of children still not adopted to a family that needs them.I will like the government to help speed up the process adoption in Nigeria to decongest the motherless baby homes.That can prevent child trafficking in Nigeria.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
