 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision.              It was discovered recently that a salon in Ogun state after washing a client's hair,they will take the water to a spiritualist,to take their glory.The secret spiritual operation of the salon was discovered by a female client,after making her hair,she found out that the water they used in washing her hair was turned into a gallon and the owner of the salon was seen putting the gallon of water at the back of her car.The client raised alarm,when people gathered the owner of the salon claimed she was carrying a gallon of petrol.She was forced to open the gallon,immediately she opened the gallon,she started confessing that she need the water she collects from her salon,to increase her wealth.The owner of the salon do set a bucket behind to collect the water,later they will transfer the water to a gallon.Dear readers,when ever you enter a  saloon to make your hair,make sure the water used in washing your hair is properly disposed.
