AN INDIANA MAN WAS DISCOVERED DECEASED WITH HIS BODY PARTIALLY INSIDE OF AN ACCESS PANEL ON A UTILITY POLE, STILL HOLDING WIRE CUTTERS.(PHOTO).
An Indiana man was discovered deceased with his body partially inside of an access panel on a utility pole, still holding wire cutters. Work crews along I-70 on the west side of Indianapolis came upon a grisly scene on the morning of Wednesday, August 5th. As workers milled along, removing litter from the roadway, a strange sight caught the attention of workers. It appeared a man was working inside of the access panel on a utility pole. However, a closer inspection would reveal the sad, disturbing truth. A call was made to 911, and first responders quickly arrived to discover the man was deceased. The appearance of the man, and evidence at the scene, led authorities to believe he had suffered a fatal shock. Authorities have confirmed the unfortunate man's identity as 41-year-old David Emmert.
