Trump issues pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer after insider trading conviction    President Donald Trump has issued a full pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer, who served nearly two years in prison after being convicted of insider trading tied to post-congressional consulting work. Buyer was sentenced in 2023 to 22 months in prison for illegal stock trades made while working as a consultant and lobbyist. He was ordered to forfeit more than $350,000 in ill-gotten gains and pay a $10,000 fine. He was released from custody in 2025 after his conviction was upheld, with the Supreme Court declining to take up his appeal earlier this year. 18 YEAR OLD MAN WAS STONED TO DEATH BY SOMALIA'S AL SHABAAB MILITANTS FOR RAPING A 28 YEAR OLD WOMAN.

             According to sources,Somalia's al Shabaab militants said today wednesday that they had stoned an 18 year old man to death for raping a woman at gun point in one of their strong holds in the Southern lower Shabelle region.The group which pledges loyalty to al Qaeda,has been losing territory in an offensive battle by African and Somali troops,but has been determined to demonstrate its authority over areas it still controls.Al Shabaab said the man raped a 28 years old woman at gun point in the outskirts of her village three days before he was killed on tuesday.Sheikh Mohammed Abu Abdalla,who claimed to be al Shabaab governor for the region said ''This shows we have the power to sentence anyone who breaks Islamic law''.More photos below.
