 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. A COMPANY DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER HE STOLE 1,200 BAGS OF BUA SUGAR.

                                            27 year old Wasiu Bello who was entrusted with 1,200 bags of BUA sugar by his employers so that he can deliver it to his employer's customer Aliamen Abubakar,instead he ran away with the goods,sold the goods and abandoned the truck on the road.It was Abubakar the customer that informed the company that he has not received the goods.Wasiu Bello was at last arrested by the police while two other accomplice escaped.Bello Wasiu charged with conspiracy and stealing before a Lagos court sitting in Ejigbo Lagos.The presiding Magistrate,Mrs M.B Folani granted him bail in the sum of N5 million with two sureties.He will be remanded in prison custody  at Kirikiri,Lagos pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.The matter was adjourned till 10 November 2014.Na wahooo.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
