Ogun: TikToker’s Rape Allegation Found False, No Prosecution Planned — Justice Ministry The Ogun State Ministry of Justice has disclosed that Miss Nsikak Abigail Emem, popularly known as Mirabel, the TikTok user whose sexual assault allegation sparked widespread reactions in February, was found to have made a false claim and that the case lacked merit for prosecution. The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Oluwasina Ogungbade (SAN), made the disclosure in a statement issued on Wednesday, four months after the incident generated public outrage on social media. According to Ogungbade, investigations conducted by relevant authorities, alongside admissions allegedly made by Mirabel, established that the rape allegation was deliberately fabricated.
