Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. A TARABA STATE LECTURER,WAS BURNT TO DEATH FOR KILLING 5 PUPILS.

              According to the Nigerian Police Public Relations Officer of the Taraba police command Mr Joseph Kwanji,confirmed that on friday Alhaji Kassimu Umar,a lecturer at the Taraba College of Education {COE} Zing,was forcefully removed from the Pupule police outpost by the mob,where he went to report the incident,and the mob burnt him to death.''In the early hours of today,one Kassimu Umar,who is believed a lecturer with COE,Zing had knocked down five primary school pupils in Zing,who all died on the spot.Our investigation revealed that the lecturer was trying to dodge a trailer,when he ran over the pupils whose ages ranged between eight and 11 years.Youths in their hundreds,stormed the station,dragged him out and lynched him''.One more picture below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
