  A manhunt is underway for man who shot a Granite City Police Officer multiple times. Officers in Granite City, Illinois, responded to a call regarding a unwanted subject near the 2000 block of Johnson Road at 2:20 p.m. on Friday, December 5th. Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the suspect. The suspect opened fire on officers before fleeing the scene.  Unfortunately, one officer was struck multiple times. The officer was rushed to a St. Louis University Hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.  A massive manhunt is now underway to locate the suspect. Authorities warn the public that the man is considered armed and dangerous. BOKO HARAM KILLED DOZENS OF PEOPLE TODAY IN ADAMAWA STATE IN FIVE DIFFERENT ATTACKS.

                 Today saturday,it was reported that suspected Boko Haram militants have killed dozens of people in five attacks in villages in Adamawa state that occurred after the government announced a ceasefire to enable 200 abducted  girls to be freed.Though the government cast doubt on whether the attacks really was Boko Haram or one of several criminal groups that are exploiting the chaos of the insurgency.In the first attack,suspected insurgents attacked the village of Abadam on friday night,killing at least one person and ransacking homes,while another assault on the village of Dzur today saturday morning,left at least eight people dead.Three other attacks in Adamawa state today saturday killed dozens of people.What is going on in these country?, because is just like somebody is somewhere trying to frustrate the peace between Boko Haram and the Federal government.One more picture below.
