 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower.              According to a statement sign by his spokesperson,Buhari has defer his plans to declare his intentions for 2015 presidential race by one week from today 8 October.It will now hold on Wednesday 15 October at the Eagles Square Abuja.Buhari's Spokeman Dr Audu Ogbeh,said ''The prosponement was as a result of the sallah celebrations and the public holidays observed on monday and tuesday,as well as to allow for participstion in APC'S rallt for it's governorship candidate in Adamawa ahead of the 11 october by election''.Un-Fortunately for Buhari,former Adamawa Deputy Governor,Mr Bala Ngilari was sworn in as the substative state governor today wednesday in Yola.He was sworn in following an order by a Federal High Court,Abuja,that ''Acting Governor Ahmadu Fintiri,should vacate the office.The court held that Ngilari did not resign from office as Deputy Governor in line with section 306 {1} {2} and {5} of the 1999 constitution as amended.One more photo below.                                                                                                             Barr. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
