 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. EX MILITARY PRESIDENT BUHARI,DEFERS HIS DECLARATION FOR 2015 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

             According to a statement sign by his spokesperson,Buhari has defer his plans to declare his intentions for 2015 presidential race by one week from today 8 October.It will now hold on Wednesday 15 October at the Eagles Square Abuja.Buhari's Spokeman Dr Audu Ogbeh,said ''The prosponement was as a result of the sallah celebrations and the public holidays observed on monday and tuesday,as well as to allow for participstion in APC'S rallt for it's governorship candidate in Adamawa ahead of the 11 october by election''.Un-Fortunately for Buhari,former Adamawa Deputy Governor,Mr Bala Ngilari was sworn in as the substative state governor today wednesday in Yola.He was sworn in following an order by a Federal High Court,Abuja,that ''Acting Governor Ahmadu Fintiri,should vacate the office.The court held that Ngilari did not resign from office as Deputy Governor in line with section 306 {1} {2} and {5} of the 1999 constitution as amended.One more photo below.                                                                                                             Barr. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
