 TROOPS ARREST SUSPECTED KIDNAPPER, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE ALONG BENIN–SAPELE ROAD Troops of 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Operation WABAIZIGAN, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and recovered an AK-47 rifle and ammunition during a targeted operation along the Benin–Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State. The suspect, identified as Olamide Oyeniyi, was arrested on 12 September 2026 at Obaretin Community by troops conducting operations to disrupt criminal activities and safeguard major transportation routes within the area. Items recovered from the suspect include one AK-47 rifle, one magazine and eight rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition. Other items recovered are one Tecno mobile phone, two bags, one torchlight, one music box and assorted charms.              Nollywood actress Gloria Anozie Young,took to her facebook this morning to warn upcoming actors and actresses about a fake movie Director who extort money from upcoming artist for a movie role.She said ''Morning,all this is a warning to all young and upcoming artistes to be wary of a so called 'Director'' called 'Onesoul'' he's a con artist.He is in the habit of extorting money from young unsuspecting artistes,promising them roles in movies.He will tell you that his ATM card got stuck or that his mother is critical ill.Be very wary of Onesoul and his antics.These are the kind of persons that give the industry bad name and discourage new comers.Be very wary''.I like people to be fishing out all these fake movie Director like she did,to help up coming artist out and to guide them in the right part.One more photos below.
