Setting the Records Straight on Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate, Benue State. Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28, 2026. They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court. Shortly after their arrest, specifically on May 4, 2026, three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's Holding Facility and were permitted. They cashed in on the opportunity, broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention. Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail. There are rumours going round that Ghana Actors Van Vicker is infected with Ebola virus because he travelled to Monrovia Liberia to shoot the sequel of his movie ''Bendu Sudan''.They even claimed that he has been quarantined and refused entering back to Ghana.When Van Vicker got wind of the rumours,he took to his twitter to express how he felt about the rumours.He said ''It's annoying.I checked the website and just couldn't believe my eyes.Why would someone just sit somewhere and just write what they want.Is there nobody that regulates the activities of these websites?.I don't get the story,my intention was to go to Liberia to shoot but i didn't go.My heart does go out to all Liberians and i want them to know i have not abandoned them.I am doing all i can do to help them in time of crisis''.Van Vicker response,shows his a gentleman.One more picture below.
