 LSPHCB, SCI COLLABORATE TO STRENGTHEN CHILD IMMUNISATION The Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) hosted a high-level delegation from Save the Children International (SCI), led by Country Director, Mr. Duncan Harvey, during an official courtesy visit to the board on Thursday, 17th September 2026. The visit comes as part of Save the Children’s global leadership tour in Nigeria to evaluate the impact of the BOOST Project (Better Opportunities for Optimal Services and Targeted Immunisation for Zero-Dose and Under-Immunised Children) and to align on strategic priorities for child health across the state. Welcoming the delegation, the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Ibrahim Akinwunmi Mustafa, expressed sincere appreciation to Save the Children International for their unwavering support, noting that while Lagos State remains one of the country's highest investors in health care and child nutrition, its unique demographic landscape demands continuous collaboration.                      There are rumours going round that Ghana Actors Van Vicker is infected with Ebola virus because he travelled to Monrovia Liberia to shoot the sequel of his movie ''Bendu Sudan''.They even claimed that he has been quarantined and refused entering back to Ghana.When Van Vicker got wind of the rumours,he took to his twitter to express how he felt about the rumours.He said ''It's annoying.I checked the website and just couldn't believe my eyes.Why would someone just sit somewhere and just write what they want.Is there nobody that regulates the activities of these websites?.I don't get the story,my intention was to go to Liberia to shoot but i didn't go.My heart does go out to all Liberians and i want them to know i have not abandoned them.I am doing all i can do to help them in time of crisis''.Van Vicker response,shows his a gentleman.One more picture below.
