 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. MELISSA RIVERS,PLANS TO SUE THE CLINIC WHERE HER LATE MOTHER JOAN RIVERS WENT INTO CARDIAC ARREST.

She WILL sue: Melissa Rivers will allegedly sue the clinic where her mother Joan went into cardiac arrest a week before her death in order to find out what really happened              Late Fashion Police host Joan Rivers daughter Melissa Rivers,plans to sue the clinic where her mother stopped breathing.Joan Rivers who died on September 4 in New York city,a week after she went into cardiac and respiratory arrest in the middle of a routine throat surgery.Melissa Rivers feels that suing Yorkville Endoscopy LLC is the only way forward,after being told by lawyers that without a lawsuit,she won't be able to find out what led to her mother's death.Melissa is frustrated at this point and she wants doctos and other staff at the clinic to take part in the depositions and explain what happened to Joan under oath.A close friend of their family claimed the alleged decision comes shortly after the clinic was deemed deficient in four major categories required for accreditation following an investigation by the New York state Health Department.More photos below.
