 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. T.B JOSHUA TO TESTIFY BEFORE THE CORONER INQUEST PANEL SET UP BY LAGOS STATE GOVT,5TH OF NOVEMBER.

                Few weeks ago,one hundred and fifteen people,mostly South Africans lost their lives when the building which serves as a quest house of the Synagogue Church of All Nation.Prophet T.B Joshua who is the general overseer of the church will appear before a Coroner panel set up by the Lagos State government on the 5th of November 2014 to testify  what really happened on the 12th of September 2014 when a building used as a guest house and located within the church premises collapsed.The Coroner Magistrate O.A Komolafe and a team of interested parties had last week visited the scene of the incident to have a first hand understanding of the incident.though T. Joshua claimed initially that it was a plane that circled round the building,that made the building to collapse as it is seen in a video posted on youtube by members of his church who watched it on their Emmanuel T.V.At today's sitting of the inquest,the Coroner Magistrate stated that T.B Joshua mus appear before inquest to give a first hand testimony about what happened during the building collapse.One more picture below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
