 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.               The speech below is part of the speech read by Nigeria first Prime Minister Alh Tafawa Balewa he said ''Today is independence day,the first of October 1960 is a date to which for two years every Nigerian has been eagerly looking forward.At last,our great day has arrived,and Nigeria is now indeed an independent sovereign nation.Words cannot adequately express my joy and pride at being the Nigerian citizen privileged to accept from Her Royal Highness these constitutional instruments which are the symbols of Nigeria's independence.It is a unique priviledge which i shall remember forever,and it gives me strength and courage as i dedicate my life to the service of our country.This is a wonderful day,and it is all the more wonderful because we have awaited it with increasing impatience,compelled to watch one country after another overtaking us on the road when we had so nearly reached our goal.But now we have acquired our rightful status,and i feel sure that history will show that the building of our nation proceeded at the wisest pace.It has been thorough,and Nigeria now stands well built upon firm foundation''.Now my fellow Nigerians,have we achieved our goals after 54 years?,have we acquired our rightful status in the world?,is Nigeria now standing on a firm foundation?.We should put it in mind that upto today,parents train their children in Nigeria without the help of the Nigerian government,few parents worked for the government and many of them that are retired since in the 1980's have not received their pension.I just believe Nigerian citizens are just bearing the name Nigeria but they don't benefit from the system.Happy 54th Independent Nigeria and more photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
