 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 8 PEOPLE DEAD,2 MISSING AS A BUILDING COLLAPSED IN IVORY COAST.

                      According to officials in Ivory Coast,eight people were killed and at least two more are believed to be trapped under rubble after a building in Ivory Coast commercial capital of Abidjan collapsed on workers who were demolishing it.The accident occurred on wednesday in Abidjan's Attecoube district as workers were knocking down a condemned building built in an area at risk of flooding and landslides.The District Mayor,Paulin Claude Danho said ''The ministry of construction hired a company for the building's demolition,but they didn't have any expertise.It went and hired around 20 young men to destroy the building by hand.Rescue efforts continued throughout the night,and nine injured workers were rescued from the wreckage''.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
