 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. BOKO HARAM HAS TAKEN OVER ANOTHER TOWN IN ADAMAWA STATE,TODAY.

                    Today Tuesday that Goodluck Jonathan is declaring,Boko Haram was also taken over another town Maiha in Adamawa state.Maiha is about 25 kilometers from Mubi,the commercial town that was captured by the Islamic militant group Boko Haram,last week.According to sources,even before the town fell to the hands of the insurgents,ii was already a shadow of itself as commercial and social activities were paralyzed.People were already leaving the town due to it's proximity to Mubi.Fleeing residents said they saw many soldiers running away from the area with some of them hitch-hiking in resident's vehicles.The soldiers told the residents that if the insurgents caught up with them,it would lead to instant death.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
