 FRSC, Anambra Govt Strengthen Partnership on Grassroots Road Safety Awareness By Chisom Okpala The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the Anambra State Government have renewed their commitment to strengthening grassroots road safety awareness and reducing road traffic crashes across the state. The commitment was made when the Sector Commander of the FRSC in Anambra, Corps Commander Bridget Asakhauno, paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs, Barr. Vin Ifeanyi Ezeaka, in his office on Aug. 26. The meeting provided an opportunity for both institutions to explore areas of collaboration, particularly in promoting community based road safety initiatives through local government authorities and grassroots communities. Discussions focused on intensifying public enlightenment on safe driving practices, compliance with traffic regulations, responsible road use and pedestrian safety. Keeping her close: Kim Kardashian carried a handbag that appeared to have been painted by her daughter North on Monday in LA                North West,the daughter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian,designed a Helmes bag,that was resented to Kim on her birthday.Kim was seen carrying the bag and obviously showing it off to the press,so that they will know it's her daughters self designed bag.The only thing i can say about the bag is that,if you are a art lover,or collector,you will appreciate these bag but non art lovers will see these bag as trash,that was painted with love {lol}.More photos below.                                                                                                     One-of-a-kind: The bag featured a brown leather handle and off-white body, which looked to sport a small orange handprint surrounded by blue and white splashes of paintIt looks good!
