 UNACCEPTABLE – GOV. ALIA BLASTS MBALOM KILLINGS, ASSURES JUSTICE FOR VICTIMS  Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has condemned the latest attack on Mbalom community in Gwer East Local Government Area, describing it as barbaric and unacceptable, while assuring residents of intensified efforts to protect lives and property. In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, the governor reacted to reports of an assault by suspected armed herdsmen on the community, an incident that adds to recurring security concerns in parts of the state. Alia said the attack represents a direct threat to the peace and security of Benue, noting a disturbing pattern of what he described as calculated and selective assaults. He expressed sympathy to affected families and reiterated his administration’s resolve to confront criminal elements. MY VISIT TO KARA {MEAT} MARKET IN OGUN STATE,''POVERTY''.

               I have been hearing of Kara market,which is also known as Oluwanisola market,30 minutes drive from Lagos state and i heard the market is one of the leading meat market in Nigeria.When i got to the market,i was expecting to meet only cattle sellers but to my surprise a community is existing in that market.Anybody that see's these picture i took with those two lovely children above will think i visited the northern part of Nigeria but i am in Ogun state in a small community,populated by the Hausa's and Fulani's.It really touched me when i spoke with some of the residents who decided to remain anonymous, i found out some of them just came around to stay with their relatives because they ran from the insurgents {Boko Haram},and they lost most of their properties because they can't run with it.I asked them how are they coping,and they said,''They have no choice but to manage where God has led them to''.From what i saw,they are leaving in a very terrible conditions and the government should please help them out,because poverty is looking like their best friend for now.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
