 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. NANNIES ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES THAT MALTREAT YOUR CHILDREN.

                              There have been different instances about very horrible nannies in Nigeria and abroad and such nannies are usually referred to as nannies from HELL,but because of the cost of living and the motivation of most women to support their homes,their children are really facing hell from the hands of these nannies.The recent case about the Uganda nanny 22 year old Jolly Tumuhiirwe,have really opened the eyes of many mothers and the question people keep asking is,where is the mother of these poor child Aneela,because all they are hearing are the father Erick Kamanzi,planted camera and beat up the maid.Now from our research,the mother of that baby is a house wife,so how come the father that goes to work everyday noticed what happened to his daughter and her mother that is suppose to be a house wife did not notice all what have been happening to her baby?.Lets tell ourselves the truth,is't only nannies that maltreat  your children,what about neighbours and family members?,that you just entrust your children for one hour or on holiday in a relatives house?.Neighbours are even the worst,because they might beat up your children,just to offend you,even poison,or rape your children.Their teachers in school,can also maltreat them,because they also spend long hours with them in school.Mothers should learn to check and listen to their children.Not all adult around your children are nice to your children.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
