 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

NASARAWA STATE GOVERNOR'S HEAD DRIVER MAIRUWA,WAS ASSASSINATED TODAY BY GUNMEN.

Governor Al-Makura of Nasarawa State                          According to ASP Ismaila Numan,the Police Public Relations Officer in Nasarawa state confirmed today that gun men assassinated Mr Abdullahi Mairuwa,the head driver of Governor Umaru Al- Makura of Nasarawa state these morning.He said the victim was traveling with his wife from Lafia to Keana Local Government Area today saturday morning when they were attacked by some gunmen at Tudun Adabu village in Obi Local Government Area of the state.''The report we got from the scene indicated that Mairuwa's killers shot him at close range in the presence of his wife before escaping through a path.Detectives had been deployed to investigate the killing''.The remains of Mairuwa had been taken to Keana for burial according to Islamic rites.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
