 FEDERAL COURT DENIES DISCOVERY REQUEST AGAINST PRESIDENT TINUBU AND DCI GROUP IN FOIA LITIGATION  The United States district court for the district of Columbia has declined a motion at the instance of  Aaron Greenspan seeking limited discovery from Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu and DCI group in ongoing litigation under the freedom of information act . In a  ruling, the court determined that the proposed discovery concerning alleged cyberattacks on greenspan's website was not sufficiently relevant to the underlying FOIA dispute involving the federal bureau of investigation (FBI) and drug enforcement administration (DEA).   The court averred that that the freedom of information act proceeding cannot be used to pursue discovery unrelated to the legal questions before it, An experienced appellate advocate Christopher W. PRESIDENT BARRACK OBAMA,DEMANDS $6.18 BILLION FROM U.S CONGRESS TO COMBAT EBOLA VIRUS.

             Yesterday wednesday,President Barack Obama asked the U.S Congress to approve $6.18 billion dollars in a new emergency funds to combat Ebola virus where it is raging in West Africa and as well as in the United States.Documents provided to the U.S Congress states that the administration wants Law makers to provide $4.5 billion in funds for immediate response to the deadly disease and another $1.5 billion in contingency money.House of Representative speaker John Boehner said,Obama said that his top priority is to protect the health and safety of Americans and the request would cover that.''Over the longer term,my administration recognise that the best way to prevent additional cases at home will be to contain and eliminate the epidemic at it's source in Africa''.More photos below.
