Military judge suppresses Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s FBI confession in 9/11 case A military judge has excluded a confession that alleged Sept. 11 attacks mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed gave to FBI agents nearly 20 years ago, ruling that the statements were not made voluntarily. The decision is a setback for the U.S. government's long-running effort to prosecute Mohammed, who is accused of helping develop the plot to hijack planes and crash them into the World Trade Center and Pentagon. Mohammed remains detained at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, alongside other defendants awaiting trial. Lt. Col. Michael Schrama, the judge overseeing the case, scheduled a June 2028 trial for Mohammed and three other defendants earlier this week. In an order issued Friday that has not been made public, Schrama barred prosecutors from using statements Mohammed made during four days of FBI questioning at Guantanamo in January 2007. It was indeed a very sad news,when Palestinian fanatics,armed with axes and guns,enterd the Jerusalem Synague and killed a British born father of 6 and three American citizens.Prime Minister Benjamine Netanyahu,vowed to respond harshly,describing the attack as a ''Crue murder of Jews who came to pray and were killedby despicable murderes''.Netanyahu,immediately ordered the demolition of the attackers homes as well as homes of Palestinians who carried out several other recent attacks.Victim Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Goldberg,described as a pillar of the community,was born in Liverpool.The father of six held a dual British/Israeli passport.The others killed in the attack have been identified as Rabbi Moshe Twersky,Rabbi Arieh Kopinsky,and Rabbi Calman Levine,who were all dual U.S/Israeli nationals.The two terrorists were shot dead after the attack by the police.Thousands of people attended the funeral for the two of Americans in Sanhedria,early this afternoon,which was followed by the British nation and the third American,held at outside the Synagogue where the attack occurred.The two attackers were identified as Rassan and Uday Abu Jamal,thet are cousins,and Hamas terrorist who were released in 2011 as part of the exchange deal for the captured Israeli Soldier Gilad Shalit.Rest in Peace for the deceased..More photos below.
