 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. A WOMAN WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH IN A TRICYCLE {KEKE} IN AKOWONJO LAGOS,BY A CAR.

PHOTOS: UMOH-OBONG KINGSLEY                       The woman crushed to death was identified as Mrs Abigail,who was one of the passengers of a tricycle {keke}.The incident happened around 5am on saturday around Shasha area,Abati bustop of Akowonjo in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos state,when a private vehicle crushed the tricycle the woman was in.She died on the spot while other passengers,sustained injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital.One of those injured was an old woman,who was said was returning from night vigil.What really happened was that a Toyota Camty,was said to have rammed into the tricycle {keke},while trying to overtake another vehicle.The driver of the vehicle was taken to the police station,immediately after the accident.One more photo below.                                                                                                                      •The corpse at the scene of the accident

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
