APC VS NDIGBO IN LAGOS.

APC is appealing to the Igbos in Lagos state to work with their host communities in Lagos for peaceful co-existence and harmonious relashioship.APC claimed the Yoruba's has been fair to Ndigbo and they need to reciprocate by seeking dialogue anytime there is problem instead of war on the print and electronic media..They also claimed that 80% of rich Ndigbo in Nigeria today made their wealth in Lagos.Lagos APC still insists that there are rooms for improvement and we advise Ndigbo to always seek audience with the authorities in their host communities for better understanding and cordial relationship. In a release statement, signed by the APC state publicity secretary,Mr Joe Igbokwe in Nnewi,Anambra state, says the party is reacting to the claims by Ndigbo in Lagos are being marginalized in the politics of Lagos state. In the letter, they said contrary to the claims of Ndigo Cultural Society of Nigeria {NCSN} that Ndigbos are getting their fair share in Lagos state as Igbo's can be found everywhere in Lagos from Ladipo market,Tejuosho,Oshodi,Alaba international,Trade Fair etc.Ndigbo are in real estate,in politics e.g Ben Akabueze who has been the Commissioner for Budget and Planning for nearly 10years,Justice Sybil Nwaka,Mrs Ngozi Mofuanya a Director of Public Prosecution {DPP},Ngozi Nwosu from Imo state got a life line of six mililion naira for an overseas surgery etc.APC should not forget that it was during their regime after the Biafran war that the Igbos were deported, beggers on the street harrassed, the poor oppressed and internal tole gate fees paid on roads built with tax payers money. So who is oppressing who?.
