PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday. A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria. Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. A lot of people don't make plans for their Christmas and New year cooking,all they know is that,they will cook rice,fried or jollof rice on every festive day.I believe if you check hundred homes withing your neighbourhood,everybody will be cooking rice on Christmas and New year day.So why not start now and start thinking of a lovely dish you will prepare for your family.Let me give you a few idea of what you can cook on that day.Fresh fish pepper soup and boiled yam,wheat with bitter leaf,ogbono,egusi,vegetable and fruit salad,vegetable yam,porrage yam,pasta and sauce,boiled plantain and vegetable,beans with shrimp stew,moi moi,shawama,tako,meat pie,chicken and chips,fried plantain with crap and shrimp stew etc.My only advice is that,women should be creative in their cooking these season.More photos below.
