Anambra@35: Nonye Soludo Celebrates State’s Resilience, Greatness By MaryAnn Chukwuma Mrs. Nonye Soludo, wife of the Anambra Governor, has congratulated Ndi Anambra on the 35th anniversary of the creation of the state, describing the milestone as a celebration of resilience, greatness and hope. Mrs Soludo, in a goodwill message issued to commemorate the anniversary, reflected on Anambra’s 35 year journey and the contributions of its people to the state’s growth and development. She described Anambra as a land of promise and possibilities, saying the state had continued to be defined by enterprise, courage, resilience, culture and an unwavering belief in what could be achieved. According to her, the strength of Anambra lies in its communities and the ingenuity of its people, whose determination, creativity and resilience have contributed significantly to the state’s progress. According to the members of Deeper life church,who attended the retreat they held at the Deeper Life Conference Centre,DLCC at Ogun state {Lagos/Iadan expressway},said Pastor Kumuyi,who is the General overseer of their church,cured an Ebola patient from another country through a phone call.He said he prayed through the phone and the prayer was answered by God who healed the Ebola patient in another country.Though it was said the person infected is a woman and she has been isolated in a certain location in that country.When the woman called him on the phone,Kumuyi prayed a simple prayer of faith for her,and later the woman was cured of Ebola.Kumuyi told over a 100,000 Deeper Life members that,a test was conducted on the woman and it was discovered that she was no longer infected with Ebola.The woman was discharged from the quarantine centre.
