Inspectors discovered 65 vacuum-sealed packages containing a green, leafy substance later confirmed to be marijuana. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped Tiernan while he attempted to board the flight, and he acknowledged that the bags were his. According to my correspondence,22 year old Jooly Jumuhiirwe,who pleaded guilty to the crime of assault last week,for beating a two year old sick child,Arnella Kamanzi,that was kept in her care.She was exposed by the father of the two year old,who kept hidden camera's in their house after he discovered some disturbing beating marks on the child.The nanny was brought before a Chief magistrate Lilian Bucyana in Kampala.She was sentenced to four years imprisonment for ''Assault''.One more picture below.
