 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. WAS BUHARI SCHOOL CERTIFICATE SEIZED BY THE MILITARY?

             Muhammadu Buhari,who was a former head of state in Nigeria under the military regime,and now his contesting for president in 2015 under the APC,was said to have not submitted his school certificate to INEC  in Abuja unlike other presidential including Goodluck Jonathan,have all submitted their school certificate.Instead Buhari submitted an Affidavit that was made in good faith,dated November 24,2014,stamped and received by INEC on December 18 2014,stating that ''All my academic qualification documents are currently with the Secretary Military Boards as at the time of this affidavit''.If you ask me,since his retired,he would have collected his certificate than operating through an affidavit.''Ojekwa school at all?obuna oje school,okwesi weh photocopies,?''.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
