 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. GENERAL BUHARI'S CAMPAIGN SMS TO RAISE FUND,SHUT-DOWN BY NCC.

                   According to sources today thursday said that the NCC {Nigerian Communications Commission} has shut down the 35350 SMS platform for raising fund for General Muhammed Buhari presidential campaign.With the SMS code,Nigerians willing to donate to Buhari's campaign simply had to send APC to the code to contribute N100 to the campaign either using MTN,GLO,ETISALAT,AIRTEL and Visaphone.Governor Fashola confirmed the story by speaking to the press yesterday wednesday afternoon saying ''The NCC has shut down the 35350 platform for sending N100 message to the Buhari fund raising campaign yesterday afternoon.Before it was shutdown,5400 people had contributed N100 to the Buhari campaign fund using the platform''.The SMS platform was launched in Lagos on tuesday.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
