 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A TRAIN,CRUSHED A BIKE MAN TODAY AT IJU ISHAGA LAGOS.

                The rider of the bike was identified as Yakubu Samuel,who was also a leader of a security outfit attached to CLAM church near Omole phase one Ikeja Lagos.According  eye witnesses,they said Samuel was riding a power bike,coming from Abule Egba,and Samuel ignored the Nigerian Railway Cooporation Traffic Control Officer who stopped all vehicles to pave way for a train to pass.He ran into the train and was crushed to death on the spot.Sympathizers at the scene used his mobile phone to call one of his brothers who said he was working at Apapa and he was told that his brother had an accident and needed urgent assistance.The accident happened today thursday morning at Fagba Level crossing in Iju Ishaga,Lagos.May his soul rest in peace Amen.One more picture below.                                                                  â€¢The crushed motorcycle at the scene this morning

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
