 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. B.E.D.C,ELECTRICITY WORKER BRIGHT EKENE,ELECTROCUTED IN ASABA,YESTERDAY.

                Benin Electricity Distribution Company {BEDC} identified Bright Ekene Abunwaeze,as their staff who was electrocuted yesterday wednesday night in Asaba when he was attempting to fix an apparently faulty 450 KVA high tension wire on Nnebisi road service unit,Asaba.Eye witnesses claimed 3 BEDC workers arrived at the scene of the incident in a Hilux van with two other members of staff of the company at about 8pm,to effect repairs on the high tension line.''We were wondering why they were working at that time.A few minutes after,we saw light sparking at the top of the pole where the man was working.Suddenly,the man was electrocuted and hung on the pole for a while,but he later fell downHis hands were burnt and smoke was coming out from his nose and ear.Eventually his head burst.His two colleagues with him,ran away''.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
