 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. FOREIGNERS ARE BANNED FROM PARTICIPATING IN NORTH KOREA'S PYONGYANG MARATHON,#EBOLA.

              According to some traveling agencies,they said that North Korea had banned foreigners from participating in the 2015 Pyongyang marathon because of the fear of Ebola virus.The Ebola virus outbreak in some part of Africa,had killed thousands of people and North Korea is afraid that by allowing foreigners to participate,there might be an outbreak in their country,since the game attracts people all over the world.The Pyongyang marathon will take place April 12,2015.Sources said ''North Korea began by enforcing strict travel restrictions on incoming tourists including a 21-day quarantine''.Well sorry to those who planned to participate,but Ebola virus is not a joke,and i don't blame North Korea for being strict.More photos below.
