
According to sources,a 48 year old native doctor Akin Babalola,was arrested and charged before Ejigbo Magistrate court for allegedly defrauding a 70 year old woman,identified as Grace Dinah,who contacted the native doctor to prepare her love potion that will enable her win back her husband after years of separation in Lagos state.The Osun born native doctor allegedly collected N500,000 from Grace under false pretence of preparing the love potion for her.Instead of the native doctor to keep his own part of the bargain,he allegedly duped the womam,claiming he could not prepare such medicine which might cause the death of her estranged husband.Thpugh the woman denied that he asked the Akin the native doctor to prepare love potion for her.But it was gather that the 70 year old woman's husband dumped her and her children and married another woman some years ago,leaving only her to raise the children.Her husband's new wife made him not to member her own children,but the native doctor said that he specializes in preparing love medicine and solve other spiritual problems and most of his clients are those who have broken homes and marriages which he uses his spiritual powers to restore back.Trouble started after the woman asked the native doctor to refund her money since he didn't fulfill their agreement.He refused to refund the N500,000 threatening to expose her if she asked for the money again.She went to Igando police station and reported that the native defrauded her under false pretence.The police charged the native doctor to court on a three count charge of felony,obtaining under false pretence and stealing under the Criminal code.He was granted bail of N200,000 with two sureties.He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will fulfill the bail conditions.The matter was adjourned till 18th of May 2015 for mention.The native doctor still insisted that he discontinued with the potion because it involves human lives.Please we should be careful and beware of all these false spiritualist.The picture above,belongs to the native doctor.
