A FLORIDA SEA TOW CAPTAIN SAVED A MAN FROM A BURNING SHIP ONLY TO BE SHOVED OVERBOARD AND HAVE HIS BOAT STOLEN.(PHOTO)
No good deed goes unpunished. A Florida sea tow captain saved a man from a burning ship only to be shoved overboard and have his boat stolen. This shocking incident occurred near Marco Island on March 6th. On that date, a call went out regarding a burning boat. The captain of a sea tow boat heard the distress call and rushed to provide aid. He was able to quickly locate the burning boat and discovered 40-year-old, Ryan Deiter, and his dog onboard the burning ship. Wasting no time, the captain of the sea tow boat was able to maneuver alongside the distressed boat and begin efforts to extricate Deiter and his dog from the doomed vessel. Eventually, the sea tow captain was able to pull both Deiter and his dog onboard the tow boat. However, once Deiter was pulled to safety, he repaid a stranger's kindness with treachery. Deiter shoved the captain from his own boat and fled the scene in the stolen boat, leaving the man who had just risked his own vessel and life...
According to sources,a self professed prophet Destiny Onwudinjo,who was facing criminal trial suddenly jumped from the duck and ran out of the Ejigbo Magistrate court,Lagos state.The Prosecutor Mr Femi Adeleye,and some of the court officials ran after him and re-arrested him along the street.Prophet Destiny Onwudinjo was arrested by the police at Shasha Division for brutalising a commercial motor cycle rider called Chika Izuogu for refusing to pay him N120,000 for deliverance prayers.The incident happened at Olukosi street,Shasha,Lagos state where both of them reside.According to Chika Izuogu whose picture is displayed above said the prophet told him that he had a revelation from God that he needed to embark on seven days deliverance prayer so that his condition would improve for the better.The prophet explained to him that the money he asked him to pay covered the fasting and other spiritual materials he would use for the deliverance.He convinced Izuogu that the prayer will work after seven days by telling him that he will receive a divine blessing from God as an unknown person will give him N3,million he would use to start a new life and become rich.Izuogu who seemed to be convinced told the prophet that he would do the fasting by himself because he had no such amount to give him.This caused a disagreement between them and in the process the prophet allegedly beat up Izuogu and injured him in the process.Izuogu said he held him and raised an alarm which attracted neighbours who contacted the police that arrested him.After investigation,Onwudinjo the prophet was charged to court with attempt to obtain money under false pretence and assault.The matter was ajourned till 6th of May 2015 while the presiding magistrate Mr Peter E Nwaka,ordered him to be remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri.
