 El-Rufai To Remain In ICPC Custody As Court Delays Bail Hearing Until June Former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai will remain in the custody of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) until at least June 2026 after his bail hearing was postponed. Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court adjourned the hearing to the first week of June.  El-Rufai is currently facing an amended nine-count charge involving alleged fraud and abuse of office brought against him by the ICPC. The former governor had earlier appeared in court to seek bail, but the judge deferred ruling on the application.  Meanwhile, in a separate case, he was granted bail by Justice Rilwanu Aikawa of the Federal High Court in Kaduna, set at ₦200 million.  Despite this, the court directed that he remain in ICPC custody until all bail conditions are met. The Okada rider, Chika Izuogu, brutulize by the prophet for refusing to pay money for deliverance                 According to sources,a self professed prophet Destiny Onwudinjo,who was facing criminal trial suddenly jumped from the duck and ran  out of the Ejigbo Magistrate court,Lagos state.The Prosecutor Mr Femi Adeleye,and some of the court officials ran after him and re-arrested him along the street.Prophet Destiny Onwudinjo was arrested by the police at Shasha Division for brutalising a commercial motor cycle rider called Chika Izuogu for refusing to pay him N120,000 for deliverance prayers.The incident happened at Olukosi street,Shasha,Lagos state where both of them reside.According to Chika Izuogu whose picture is displayed above said the prophet told him that he had a revelation from God that he needed to embark on seven days deliverance prayer so that his condition would improve for the better.The prophet explained to him that the money he asked him to pay covered the fasting and other spiritual materials he would use for the deliverance.He convinced Izuogu that the prayer will work after seven days by telling him that he will receive a divine blessing from God as an unknown person will give him N3,million he would use to start a new life and become rich.Izuogu who seemed to be convinced told the prophet that he would do the fasting by himself because he had no such amount to give him.This caused a disagreement between them and in the process the prophet allegedly beat up Izuogu and injured him in the process.Izuogu said he held him and raised an alarm which attracted neighbours who contacted the police that arrested him.After investigation,Onwudinjo the prophet was charged to court with attempt to obtain money under false pretence and assault.The matter was ajourned till 6th of May 2015 while the presiding magistrate Mr Peter E Nwaka,ordered him to be remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri.
