 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. STUDENTS IN SOUTH CHINA,LIGHTS CANDLES FOR THE 4,000 PEOPLE WHO DIED & TRAPPED IN NEPAL EARTHQUAKE.

                 It was reported today monday that atleast 4,000 people lost their lives in Nepal earthquake and the students of South China in Hengyang city,central China's Hunan province,yesterday sunday,decided to light candles that forms a word ''Be with Nepal'',and they also offered prayers for those that are still trapped.A Chinese medical team stationed in Nepal,joined the earthquake rescue and relief workers yesterday sunday.The National Health and Family Planning Commission has contacted the Chinese team in Nepal and instructed them to take an active part in medical relief work.62 members of a specialist search and rescue team left Beijing yesterday morning and landed that same day to join the rescue in Nepal.A was also seen crying during the funeral of his sister,a victim of saturdays earthquake,at the Pashupatinath temple,the banks of Bangnnati river,in Kath mandu,Nepal,sunday April 26,2015.The earthquake centered outside Kathmandu,the capital,was the worst to hit the South Asian nation in over 80 years.It destroyed Swath of the oldest neighborhood of Kathmandu and was strong enough to be felt by all across parts of India,Bangladesh,China's region of Tibet and Pakistan.More photos below.                                                     A man cries during the funeral of his sister, a victim of SaturdayÂ’s earthquake, at the Pashupatinath temple, on the banks of Bagmati river, in Kathmandu, Nepal, Sunday, April 26, 2015. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
