 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. AT LAST OIL MARKETERS,CALLS OFF THE STRIKE.

                      The oil Major Marketers Association of  Nigeria {MOMAN} has finally reached an agreement with the government to begin supplying country with much needed petroleum products.Magnus Abe,the Chairman of the Senate committee on petroleum resources,informed press that a solution to fuel crisis has just been worked out during the meeting of MOMAN representatives,Major stakeholders in the oil and gas sector,senate committee on Petroleum resources and Ngozi Okonjo Iweala,minister of finance.According to that decision,petroleum products delivery across the country will be restated in six hours.At the same time the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas workers {NUPENG} and the petroleum and natural gass senior staff association {PENGASSAN},which had suspended their activities previously,have also decided to call off their ongoing strike to end the fuel crisis hitting Nigeria's economy.During the meeting,it was agreed that the department of petroleum resources has the right to revoke the license of those oil marketers which refuse to lift petroleum products across Nigeria.
