 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. BRITISH PRIME MINISTER DAVID CAMERON,SET TO BE RE-ELECTED AS PRIME MINISTER.

                     Yesterday thursday,the Conservatives have emerged the clear largest party in the United Kingdom,with Prime Minister David Cameron set to remain as Prime Minister,without requiring the support of Nick Clegg'sLiberal Democrats.The Conservatives have already won 315 seats,with Labour trailing behind by 228 seats.The Conservative party is projected to win 329 seats,three more than 326 majority in the 650 strong House that needs to form a government.Ken Livingstone,former Mayor of London said ''It was a tragic night for Labour''.While Ed Miliband said after winning his own seat in northern England that ''This has clearly been a very disappointing and difficult night for the Labour party.I'm deeply sorry for what has happened''.David Cameron Campaigned on his his record of producing an economic recovery and cutting a record budget deficit,while keeping the anti-immigration UK.Independence party at bay with a promise to hold a referendum on whether Britain should leave the European Union.The Tories focused their campaign on warning that a Labour government backed by the separatist SNP would throw Britain into crisis.More photos below.                                                                                                                                    State of the parties in Parliament
